Priest are the ultimate METAL BAND... except for the drums, which always have been good, but not excellent. A young Simon Phillips would be more than cool..

Christoph Uhl - Logar's Diary

My dream team I´d love to collaborate look like this:

Vocals: Wiktor Söderström (the guy from Swedish Metallers Seven)
or maybe Anders Zackrisson (the old Nocturnal Rites voice)
or maybe Gerd Salewski (the first Chroming Rose voice)
or maybe Andreas Knoblich (the vocals from the first Scanner-CD)
or maybe Morby (from Domine, unique voice and SOOOO powerfull)

Guitar: Christoph Uhl (in fact that´s myself, hehe, not ´cause I play so well, but to be part of the team)

Guitar: Kai Hansen (So I´m not the ugliest in the band and his solos are brilliant)
or better Tomas Wäppling (from Freternia, I think I would harmonise with him)
or best Mikael Dahl (from Crystal Eyes, a genius on his instrument)

Bass: Tomi Göttlich (from Ex-Grave Digger, now Rebellion, I love his faces on stage!)

Drums: Daniel Zimmermann (Freedom Call, a multi-talent)

Keyboard: Alex Staropoli (Rhapsody, brilliant techniques, always different)

Steve Williams - Power Quest

Vocals - D.C Cooper (Silent Force)

Guitar - Adrian Smith (Iron Maiden)

Guitar - Michael Romeo (Symphony X)

Bass - Steve Harris (Iron Maiden)

Keyboards - Vitalij Kuprij (Artension)

Drums - Jorg Michael (Stratovarius)

This line up would produce the ultimate rhythm section..you can't get better than Jorg and Steve. The twin guitar axis of Smith/Romeo would provide awesome melody combined with amazing technique and the Keyboards of Vitalij Kuprij would be hard to top. The icing on the cake is DC Cooper....killer vocals which he produces effortlessly! What a line up!

Adam Bickers - Power Quest

Vocals: Rob Halford

Guitar: Jeff Waters (Annihilator)

Guitar: Myself

Bass: Steve Digiorgio (Sadus, Death, Testament)

Drums: Nick Barker (Dimmu Borgir, Lockup)

Keyboard: Jens Johanson

Comments:

Rob Halford would have to be my choice of vocalist, after all, he has the voice of a metal god! I caught Annihilator live here in the UK a few days ago - they blew me away.
Jeff Waters is one of the most talented and versatile guitarists I've ever had the privilege of hearing, a must.
Steve Digiorgio is so inventive with his bass playing that I'd have to choose him. I've seen Nick Barker play live several times now. No-one demolishes a kit quite like him. He's fast, solid and watertight. Awesome!
Jens Johanson, well need I say more. A true virtuoso.
I included myself in the lineup purely because I'd love to meet such esteemed members of the metal community!

Frédéric Leclercq - Heavenly

Vocals: Russel Allen (SYMPHONY X) would probably be my first choice. I love all the emotions he can put in his voice...or Eric Adams (MANOWAR) cos he's purely amazing!

Guitar: Jeff Waters (ANNHILATOR), for all the rythm guitars...he rules!!!he's also a very good soloist, with cool rock'n'roll licks.

Guitar: to be honest, I would love to play the second guitar, to be involved in this project! :-) but my job is to create the perfect dreamteam, so... Steve Vai would be perfect for all the solo guitars, what do you think? :)

Bass: Nikki Sixx (MÖTLEY CRÜE), for the songwriting and for the attitude.in this dreamteam we need a bad guy, uh!

Drums: Pete Sandoval (MORBID ANGEL).the best I've ever heard.he's soooooo fast...

Keys: Jens Johansson (STRATOVARIUS) OF COURSE! WHO ELSE COULD IT BE?

~ Asked by Tommy, May 2002

Nick Olsson - Wolf

Vocals: Marc Boals - Powerful vocals with great range.

Guitar: Yngwie J. Malmsteen - He'd have to sign a contract not to fire
everyone else, especially not the singer.

Guitar: Uli Jon Roth - He'd have to sign a contract not to sing.

Bass: Marcel Jacob - One of the few bass player that can match these guitar
heroes.

Drums: Vinnie Appice - Wonderfully primitive and heavy.

Keys: John Lord - Do I need to comment this guy? No, I thought so.

~ Asked by Tommy, May 2002

Peter Wiberg - Freternia

Vocals: Pasi Humppi

Guitar: Tomas Wäppling

Guitar: Glenn Tipton

Bass: Myself

Drums: Stefan Kaufmann

Keyboard: Tommie Johansson

This would be a great lineup for Freternia.

~ Asked by Tommy, May 2002

Andrea Tito - Mesmerize

Vocals: Bruce Dickinson (he's the master of metal, no doubt about it)

Bass: Steve Harris (this is quite a natural choice for me, because he's the main reason why I choose years ago to pick up a bass!)

Guitar: Kai Hansen (the guy who invented modern power metal, he's a genius!)

Guitar: Adrian Smith (he's the most underrated of the three guitar players in Iron Maiden, but in my opinion he's the best)

Drums: Charlie Benante (I've always liked his inventive style in Anthrax)

Keyboard: No fucking keyboards! We're talking about metal, damnit! :)

~ Asked by Tommy, May 2002

Lanvall - Edenbridge

Vocals: D.C. Cooper

Guitar: John Petrucci

Guitar: Neal Schon

~ Asked by Tommy, May 2002

Esa Ahonen - Cryonic Temple

Vocals: Rob Halford

Guitar: KK Downing

Guitar: Glenn Tipton

Bass: Ian Hill

Drums: Scott Travis

Keyboard: Don Airey

This line up is of course Judas Priest line up on the Painkiller album. Even if Don Airey never been an official member he has been their studio Keyboardplayer for many years (actually since early 80's I think). Rob, KK, Glenn Ian together with various great drummers, has recorded classic Heavy Metal album suchs as "Defenders of The Faith", "Brittish Steel", "Screaming for Vengeance" and "Painkiller".

~ Asked by Tommy, May 2002

Björn Goosses - Night In Gales

Guitar: probably Joe Satriani & Zakk Wylde... in case one of them is ill at a show, i could accept Marty Friedman, too...

Bass: hmm... maybe Steve di Giorgio... or if it´s gonna be poser metal than definitely Joey
Demayonaise
...!

Drums: Gene Hoglan, no question...

Keyboard: Garm for the sound-fx and Xytras for some spacevil melodies...
