Here we go again! Paragon has just a year after their previous killer Steelbound given us a new bombastic masterpiece. Law of the Blade is a formidable sequel to a just as brilliant predecessor and one of the absolute most definite get-or-regret albums of the year!!!

The German Metallers have with their own personal style continued to impress and almost totally mesmerize me. The journey goes on with unabating strength and this time it's been produced by Piet Sielck who's not even capable of spelling the word failure...The songs are really great and the pumping twin guitars, pounding double bass drums and awesome sing-along-choruses as Piet himself probably wished Iron Savior had done are simply a feast for your ears. It's both agressive and melodic at the same time and with a very good variation between real speed-rockets and more heavy mid-tempo tracks.

It's almost impossible to say which one of Law Of The Blade or Steelbound that's the better one 'cause it's like trying to compare two sunrise's with each other. Perhaps Law Of The Blade's got a small small advantage due to a somewhat better production, but a mouse can starve on the difference...

This album as absolutely steelsolid and doesn't show the slighest weakness in any aspect. It is true power metal in it's finest moments and should not only appeal to fans of the similar artist list but as good as every metalbrother and sister in every corner of the world. So get the album, load the cd, sit down comfortably and buckle up 'cause Paragon's gonna take you for one hell of a ride!!!
